Listing price audit · rates checked 22 October 2026

Which of your Etsy listings lose money on US sales?

Since Etsy made non-US sellers prepay US duty, every US sale at your home price loses the duty. Etsy's tariff estimate works one listing at a time and sellers report it doesn't handle listings with variations yet. Open your whole listings file here and see every listing that loses money, with a suggested US price.

The file is read in this browser and is never uploaded.

Prices are read in your shop currency. Etsy fees for your country are included.

How to get your listings file

  1. In Etsy, open Shop Manager, then Settings, then Options.
  2. Open the Download data tab and download Currently for sale listings as a CSV file.
  3. Choose that file above. Nothing is sent anywhere: the audit runs on your computer.

Any spreadsheet works too, if the first row has a Title and a Price column. You can add a US price column with the US-specific price you already set, and a Duty % column to use your own rate for a row instead of our estimate.

What the audit shows

  • Loss per US sale: how much less you keep from a US buyer than from a home buyer, at the price US buyers pay today.
  • Likely tariff code and duty: our best match from the listing title, tags and materials, plus the extra tariff for your country. Check the code before you rely on it.
  • Suggested US price: the US price that keeps your take-home the same as a home sale, after duty and Etsy's fees on the higher price.
  • Variation rule: Etsy's download lists your variations but not their prices, so each listing gets one rule, such as "home price × 1.19", that gives the right US price for every size or colour.

Duty rates come from the same table as our US price checker: the normal US rate for the likely tariff line plus the extra tariff for your country after 24 July 2026. Estimates only, not customs advice. Confirm codes at hts.usitc.gov. DutyReady is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. and never signs in to or reads your Etsy account.
